I went in for knee pain as an athlete with 15+ years in sports and professional tournament experience, so I understand proper treatment and recovery protocols. The first visit felt thorough, but after that the experience became disappointing. I was recommended a DonJoy knee brace for $145, only to later find it much cheaper online.

On my last visit, my appointment was at 3:10 PM, the doctor saw me at 3:20, and the entire session — including adjustments and shockwave therapy — was over in about 10 minutes. The shockwave therapy itself lasted barely 2 minutes per leg, which felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. Paying $80 for such a short session ($40 insurance + $40 out of pocket) did not feel worth it at all.

It honestly felt more focused on making money than providing quality care, which is why I cancelled the rest of my appointments. Would not recommend.

Dr. Todd has been great to work with. He genuinely listens, never makes you feel rushed, and always takes the time to explain everything honestly. He’s helped me a lot and always gives helpful recommendations that actually make sense for you personally. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Highly recommend Community Chiropractic Center!
