About Community Chiropractic Center

With more than 700,000 visits fulfilled, you’re in good hands at CCC

27 Years and Counting, One Standard of Care

Dr. Todd Small nearly didn’t apply to chiropractic school because he thought a background in education would disqualify him. It didn’t. That experience with being an “unlikely fit” stayed with him. Today, every patient who walks into Community Chiropractic Center, regardless of history, diagnosis, or how many practitioners they’ve already tried, receives the same attentive, unhurried care.

Dr. Sarah Dale brought the practice to Tecumseh when the two met at school and spotted an opportunity: a long-established local chiropractor was retiring and needed successors who would carry the practice forward with the same care. Todd and Sarah, after getting married, acquired both locations, one in Tecumseh and one in Belle River. Before their children were born, they were collectively seeing over 1,000 patients a week across both practices.

They consolidated to only the Tecumseh location in order to focus on building a family, and they never looked back. The practice is busier today than it has ever been. Not because of aggressive marketing, but because the results compound over time when an office refuses to cut corners.

Why Patients Trust CCC

Nerve Scans, Not Guesswork

Every patient receives a surface electromyography (EMG) nerve scan at the start, because pain is a poor measure of outcome, whereas data is not.

On-Site X-Ray Diagnosis

We take X-rays when the clinical picture calls for them. Imaging gives us a structural baseline and gives you a clear explanation for what you’re feeling.

Our Entire Focus is Chiropractic

We don’t mix treatment methods. Our expertise is corrective chiropractic care that treats your spine and improves your nervous system, done exceptionally well.

Patient-Led Care Plans

You receive a specific care recommendation with a scheduled reevaluation date. You decide whether to proceed. No scare tactics or pushy sales here.

Dr. Sarah Dale, DC
Chiropractor

Elected College of Chiropractors of Ontario Council Member. Peer Practice Assessor. Animal chiropractor and acupuncturist.

Sarah graduated two years ahead of Todd, came home to Windsor, and helped build the practice from the ground up, including the years they ran two locations simultaneously. In 2018 she became a Peer Practice Assessor for the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, visiting upwards of 200–300 offices across southwestern Ontario to raise standards across the profession.

In 2023 she completed her animal chiropractic and acupuncture certifications. In 2026 she was elected Council Member for District 6 of the CCO. She is the reason the office’s clinical systems are as tight as they are.

Dr. Todd Small
Chiropractor

CMCC grad. Marathoner, Ironman competitor, and chiropractic mentor to clinics across Canada and the United States.

Todd grew up in Saskatchewan playing hockey and expected to become a teacher, until a friend in chiropractic school told him the profession was looking for well-rounded people, not just science majors. He applied, was accepted, and landed in Toronto with two hockey bags and no apartment. He met Sarah at school.

They’ve practiced together ever since. Today he mentors young chiropractors through a network of clinics in New York City, serves as team chiropractor for the Windsor Express professional basketball team, and coaches patients who have gone on to run their first marathon.

“In a matter of 5 minutes, a 3-day sciatica attack was gone!”

Amazing experience. Found triple C on Google, had no expectations. Suffering from sciatica, I literally spent about half an hour being attended to.

The staff was on point, but here’s the best part: Dr. Todd Small listened to my issue, and in a matter of 5 minutes, a 3-day sciatica attack was gone!

I might have found a reason to move to Windsor from Toronto. Thank you, Community Chiropractic Center. I’m truly grateful and look forward to my next visit.”

“I feel so much better after each session”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Todd for a few weeks now, and the results have been amazing. I came in with chronic lower back and hip pain that was affecting my daily activities.

From the first visit, he took the time to explain what was going on and created a personalized treatment plan. The adjustments are gentle but effective, and I feel so much better after each session. I experience improved mobility and better overall wellness.

The office staff is friendly, and scheduling is easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care!”

New patients often arrive wondering if they need to bring records, how long it will take, or what to expect when they walk in.

Here is what happens: you provide your history, your intake scan is completed by an assistant, Dr. Todd or Dr. Sarah reviews your x-rays and nerve scan data with you directly, and you receive a clear care recommendation before you leave. You decide whether to proceed. Nothing is ambiguous, nothing is rushed, and no one will pressure you.

Our front desk team has been with us for years. They are the first face you see and the last voice you hear. We take that seriously.
